PURPOSE: A pouch capable of preventing the generating of unexpected heating or heat-absorbing phenomena is provided to prevent the insertion of foreign materials into a heating space while sterilizing contents. CONSTITUTION: A pouch includes a content storage unit(210), a temperature control body(223), a temperature controller(220), and a sealing unit. The temperature control body is located inside a temperature control space located on the front or rear side of the content storage unit. The temperature controller is located on the position lower than the upper side of the content storage unit, and includes a reaction liquid insertion unit inserting reaction liquid into the temperature control space for performing heating or heat-adsorbing reactions with the temperature control body. The sealing unit seals the reaction liquid insertion unit. |
