PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a radar image of high resolution by using a plurality of observation data obtained through multiple baseline observation.SOLUTION: A processor memory section 190 stores a plurality of observation data 191 representing an observation signal, including an observation distance being the distance from a radar to an observation area. By using a plurality of observation distances of the plurality of observation data 191 and applying the least square method, an observation signal correcting section 110 calculates a plurality of distances that are a plurality of distances in a distance order and that have the same distance difference as an adjacent distance, as a plurality of equal interval distances. The observation signal correcting section 110 calculates a value obtained by subtracting the equal interval distance from an observation distance of the same distance order as a distance compensation amount, and corrects the plurality of observation signals by the distance compensation amount. An interference signal calculator 120 calculates an interference signal obtained by interfering a reference observation signal with another observation signal. A signal adding section 130 generates data representing an added signal to which the interference signal is added, as image data 192. |
