<p>An acceleration sensor is provided inside the electronic clinical thermometer of the present invention. When a pattern of detection values along a time axis of this sensor is a pre-set pattern, pre-set processing such as processing for resetting the electronic clinical thermometer is executed. As a result, when a pattern of acceleration values corresponding to shaking of the electronic clinical thermometer by a user is detected after a body temperature is measured by the electronic clinical thermometer, processing for resetting the electronic clinical thermometer, for example, is executed, and the electronic clinical thermometer can be returned to the state thereof prior to the start of measuring a body temperature.</p> |
