The device (10) has a continuous mixer (28) that is provided with a liquid stream connector (12), gas port (14) connected with carbon dioxide bottle (22), and a liquid stream discharge port (16). An adjustable pressure control valve (50) adjusts the differential pressure between gas and the supplied liquid stream. A gas pipe (42) is arranged between the adjustable pressure control valve and the continuous mixer for supplying the gas stream to the liquid stream in the continuous mixer. An independent claim is included for a method for enriching liquid stream with gas.
