The eccentric cam portion is attached at a brake caliper-side counter bearing through a rolling or slide bearing. The counter bearing is formed as a clevis mounting (7) and separately connected with a brake caliper. The clevis mounting is designed as a casting or forging part. The clevis mounting comprises a receiving channel (16) in which a bolt shaft of a connecting pin rests. The rolling bearing is formed as a needle bearing.
