A prism sheet (10) that is an optical function sheet is a multilayered sheet provided with a prism layer (21) of an optical function layer including an organic material and a multilayered film (22). The multilayered film (22) is provided with a film base (30) and a first adhesive layer (31) provided on this film base (30). The prism layer (21) is formed on the first adhesive layer (31) in a later step. The thickness of the first adhesive layer (31) is at least 0.1 mum. The first adhesive layer (31) contains at least 10 mass% of a polyolefin.
