The controller has a door communication device/building automation device (1) with generator (2) for generating digital certificate (Z). A data memory (4) is attached to processing unit (5) for storing digital certificate. A transmission unit (3) is arranged to transmit the generated digital certificate to a terminal (11). An optical reading unit (6) is connected to the processing unit. An indicating unit (7) is connected with to be controlled release device (19). The release device is activated in the presence of valid access authorization (B) to unlock door communication device.
