PURPOSE: A fracturing sorting system and a disc-type sorter is provided to reduce fracturing load and to obtain high quality sorting waste. CONSTITUTION: A fracturing sorting system performs fracturing and sorting in the following order: a crusher, a disk sorter, the crusher, the disk sorter, the crusher, and the disk sorter. In the disc sorter, a plurality of driving shafts(41a) is arranged in a rectangular frame (40a) by leaving constant interval. The driving shaft is rotated by the rotation power of the motor (42a). Fixed keys are welded to both outside of the driving shaft by having equal distances. In the driving shaft, disc blades(41) and spacer rings(45) are successively inserted. Key grooves which are formed inside the sorting wings are inserted into the fixed keys. The both sides of an interval ring are inserted into the fixing grooves. |
