PURPOSE: A contamination preventing film is provided to have an oily repellency property while utilizing a moisture repellency material, thereby preventing contamination caused by oil contaminants. CONSTITUTION: A contamination preventing film includes a base material layer (110); a contamination prevention layer (120) formed on the base material layer; a water repellent layer (130) formed on the contamination prevention layer; and a projection layer (124) formed of a plurality of minute projections (125) upwardly protruding. The water repellent layer is formed along outer curved portions of the minute projections of the contamination prevention layer and spread on the surfaces of the minute projections. Primarily, the water repellent layer has a water repellent function as a chemical feature. Secondarily, the water repellent layer has a physical feature being spread on the contamination prevention layer without being attached in a gap between the minute projections. Thirdly, the water repellent layer is formed of a material capable of forming a chemical combining relation with the minute projections of the minute patterns. |
