摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and accurately confirm a flap during the operation of aortic dissection using a transesophageal echocardiography in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: an image generating unit 42 for generating a transesophageal echocardiographic image including an aorta; a heart area image acquiring unit 61 for acquiring a heart area image including the aorta; an artery region extracting unit 62 for extracting an artery region, on the basis of the heart area image; a dissection region and the like specifying part 63 for specifying a dissection inner membrane region of the aorta, on the basis of the artery region; a flap region specifying unit 64 for specifying a flap region from the dissection inner membrane region, on the basis of a differential image of heart area images with a plurality of time phases; a first synthesized image generating unit 66 for generating a first synthesized image by synthesizing the artery region with information of the flap region; an alignment processing unit 72 for performing processing to align an imaging region in a transesophageal echocardiography on the heart area image, on the basis of a positional data signal;and a second synthesized image generating unit 73 for generating a second synthesized image by synthesizing information that indicates the imaging region processed for alignment onto the first synthesized image.
