PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution device that can suppress a sudden increase in a fastening torque for a driving force distribution clutch when a rotation speed difference of front and rear wheels suddenly increases.SOLUTION: A driving force distribution device 1 includes: front wheels 3 and rear wheels 5; an engine 9 for driving the front wheels 3; and a driving force distribution clutch 19 that distributes a driving force of an engine 9 to the rear wheels 5 and drives them so that the larger a fastening torque is, the larger a distribution ratio of the driving force of the engine to the rear wheels 5 is. The larger the rotation speed difference between the front wheels 3 and the rear wheels 5 is, the larger the fastening torque is. The fastening torque is controlled so that the larger a change ratio of the rotation speed difference is, the more gradual a change of the fastening torque is. |
