PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a liquid-permeable top sheet has an irregular structure including projections and recesses on a skin contact surface, and the top sheet has no feeling of dryness and is not sticky even after absorbing highly viscous menstrual blood.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 6, and an absorbent 3 disposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impermeable back sheet. The liquid-permeable top sheet has an irregular structure including projections 7 and recesses 8 on a skin contact surface, and the liquid-permeable top sheet, in at least the projections in an excretory opening contact region, includes a blood lubricity imparting agent 10 having kinetic viscosity of 0.01-80 mm/s at 40°C, a percentage of water after immersion of 0.01-4.0 mass%, and weight average molecular weight below 1,000. |
