PURPOSE: A generating apparatus for a vehicle using exhaust gas is provided to improve the fuel efficiency of vehicle and to suppress the generation of CO2. CONSTITUTION: A generating apparatus for a vehicle using exhaust gas includes an exhaust pipe (20), a housing (11), a turbine (12), a coil (13), and a variable valve (23). An exhaust gas, which is generated in an engine, flows in the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe has an outlet hole (21) and an inlet hole (22) which are spaced apart in a length direction and which are bored thereon. The housing is coupled to the exhaust pipe so that the outlet hole and the inlet hole are positioned in the housing. The turbine is mounted in the housing so as to rotate by the exhaust gas passing through the housing, and is made of a magnetic material. The coil is coupled to the housing.
