The objective of the present invention is to provide an anchor coat agent which can be used as an anchor coat for both a substrate and an inorganic film with one layer. This composition for forming an organic-inorganic composite that can be used as an anchor coat agent comprises the following components: a) An organic silicon compound and/or a condensate thereof which is at least one type represented by formula (I), RnSiX4-n ...... (I) (In the formula, R is an organic group in which a carbon atom directly binds to an Si, X is a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group, and n is 1 or 2, wherein when n is 2, each R may be the same or different, and when (4-n) is 2 or more, each X may be the same or different.), and for which the solubility parameter (SP1) of Rn obtained by the Fedors estimation method is smaller than the solubility parameter (SP2) of an olefin based polymer obtained by the Fedors estimation method and the difference therebetween is 1.6 or more (Si1), b) a photoinitiator or a thermal initiator, and c) an olefin based polymer. |
