摘要 <p>A manufacturing method providing an electroluminescent element in which uneven luminance in the light-emitting surface is reduced, enabling uniform light emission. In the manufacturing method, the following steps are carried out: a first electroluminescent element manufacturing (first manufacturing step) in which an electroluminescent element is manufactured, said electroluminescent element having layered on a substrate in the following order, a first conductive layer, a dielectric layer in which a plurality of contact holes are formed which penetrate therethrough in a direction orthogonal to the substrate, a second conductive layer which is electrically connected to the first conductive layer inside the contact holes and which fills the contact holes, a light-emitting layer, and a third conductive layer; a luminance distribution measurement step in which a voltage is applied to the first conductive layer and the third conductive layer of the electroluminescent element manufactured in the first manufacturing step, causing the light-emitting layer to emit light, and the luminance distribution of the electroluminescent element is measured to obtain luminance unevenness information for the electroluminescent element; and a second electroluminescent element manufacturing (second manufacturing step) in which, on the basis of the luminance unevenness information, the density of the plurality of contact holes that penetrate the dielectric layer is adjusted and a second electroluminescent element having reduced luminance unevenness is manufactured.</p>
