PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a write-once type optical recording medium whose characteristics do not deteriorate when recording is conducted in a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: A write-once type optical recording medium comprises a substrate 10 as well as at least a reflection layer 11, a recording layer 12, and a light transmission layer 14 provided on the substrate. The recording layer contains (a) an azo metal complex dye and (b) a dye whose decomposition temperature is 240-360°C. |
