PURPOSE: A data transmission/receiving system based on a ubiquitous sensor network and a method thereof are provided to perform smooth flow of distribution by optimizing the operation of a loading and transportation unit of goods in a distribution management field. CONSTITUTION: Each carrier (210,230) comprises a local area wireless communication transceiver unit. Each carrier transmits and receives signals by being connected to a management server. A carrier correction-kit (250) is combined to each carrier through a fixing groove. The carrier correction-kit supports at least one carrier. The carrier correction-kit performs data relay between the carrier and the server by transmitting an event transmitted from the carriers and the management server to a related carrier and a related server wirelessly.
