<p>The invention relates to a process for selecting microalgae strains from a suspension containing a microorganism population brought to an optical density of 0.25...550 nm and diluted 1000 times up to 10...10ufc/ml, by displaying the suspension on Petri plates on an agarized mineral medium with 1.5% agar and containing 1 mM of metronidazole, incubating the Petri plates for about 72 hours in dfe cycles of 16 hours of light/6 hours of darkness, at 25°C, digitally taking over the colonies image, processing the images by means of a software program for determining the chlorophyll and lipide content, selecting colonies which concomitantly present high values both of the chlorophyll and lipide content and the replication thereof for subsequent use for producing biofuel and fodder additives.</p> |
