PURPOSE: An auxiliary tool for strengthening abdominal muscle is provided to enable a user to continuously strengthen his or her abdominal muscle while watching a TV. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary tool for strengthening abdominal muscle comprises a first support unit (3) for supporting the sacral part of a user and a seat plate (5) which is extended from the bottom surface of the first support unit. The seat plate is made of a flexible material to be used on a rough surface. A second support unit (7) is formed on the end of the seat plate facing the first support unit. The size of the seat plate and the height and angle of the second support unit are determined to support the small trochanter part of the femur. |
