PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit energy absorption performance even when a great earthquake occurs or a big impact is received, and to prevent dissipation of concrete pieces and the like generated from a structure even if the structure is broken.SOLUTION: A structure is provided which has a configuration where a reinforcement part is reinforced by integrally providing a reinforcing material 10 to a structure 1 so as to coat the surface of the reinforcement part of the structure 1, and the reinforcing material 10 consists of a carbon fiber sheet 2 stuck to the surface of the reinforcement part and a reinforcing film 3 coated on the surface of the carbon fiber sheet 2 and made of a compound formed by chemical reaction between an isocyanate and a curing agent consisting of at least one of a polyol and an amine.
