PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of accurately transferring a plurality of ceramic substrates from an adhesive sheet to another adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic element, includes the steps of: heating a first adhesive sheet while suctioning a plurality of ceramic substrates through a plurality of through holes, the ceramic substrates being stuck to the first adhesive sheet so as to close the through holes formed therein, the adhesive sheet being reduced in adhesive force by heat; sticking a second adhesive sheet to a surface on an opposite side of the first adhesive sheet of the ceramic substrates while continuously suctioning the ceramic substrates through the through holes from the heating step; and after stopping the suction of the ceramic substrates, peeling the first adhesive sheet from the ceramic substrates. |
