PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil laminate for a solar cell and a solar cell module in which a wiring pattern is formed of an aluminum foil and electrical connectivity between a solar battery cell and the aluminum foil is improved without performing chemical liquid treatment for removing an oxide film on the aluminum foil surface.SOLUTION: A metal foil laminate 10 for wiring cables in a solar battery cell 20 having a wiring connection electrode 20a includes: a sheet-like base material 1 having flexibility; an aluminum foil 3 laminated on one surface of the base material 1 via an insulating adhesive layer 2 and forming a wiring pattern on the base material 1; and a copper foil 5 which is adhered to a position capable of being opposed to the connection electrode 20a on the aluminum foil 3 via a conductive bonding layer 4 containing at least one of a zinc particle and a nickel particle. |
