PURPOSE: An automatic music request service system is capable of playing a song requested by a customer with only one step in which a specific store with the customer gets recognized and the customer makes a request for the song and displaying the customer's event message, a video clip made by the customer, and the customer's voice on an indoor display or an outdoor display of the store. CONSTITUTION: A management server (300) includes a store database containing a serial number of a store and a requested song list, a sound source database containing sound sources and related information, and a requested song management unit, which manages the requested song list upon a request from a customer device (100) and streams a requested song from the sound source database to a store device. Equipped with a Bluetooth access point, the store device (200) includes a server connection unit, which is connected to the management server and broadcasts the streamed song. With a Bluetooth module, a music request application recognizes the store's serial number of its Bluetooth access point when coming near the store, receives the requested song list from the store's management server according to the serial number, and selects a song from the list by searching the store's sound source database.
