PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform additional recording for an optical disk having a servo layer and a recording layer, even when the inclined state of the disk relative to the optic axis of an irradiation beam has changed.SOLUTION: In an optical disk drive that records information to an optical disk including one or plural recording layers laminated in film thickness direction, the optical disk drive includes an optical system for irradiating a recording layer with a first laser spot and a second laser spot, and performs track pitch adjustment for adjusting a radial interval of a mark string formed on the recording layer in the case of using the first laser spot to perform tracking while using the second laser spot to form marks for information recording. |
