PURPOSE: A real-time PCR device with an optical noise removal element is provided to properly remove optical noise which is related to an optical signal generated from a PCR product and to perform quick real-time PCR. CONSTITUTION: A PCR device comprises: a heat block (100); a PCR chip (10) which is contact with one side of a heat block; a light supply unit (200) which provides light to the PCR chip; a light detection unit (300) which is placed to receive the light emitted from the PCR chip; and a reflected light blocking material (180) which is placed between the light supply unit and the PCR chip and/or between the light detection unit and the PCR chip.
