<p>A retaining device (1), including: a bearing element (2) having a flanged head (6) to abuttingly couple a body part (4) and a shank (7) which overhangingly extends from the head, and adapted to couple with a through seat (8) of the body part (4); and an elastically deformable sucker (3) carried integral by the head (6) so that at least part of the head is embedded within a thickness of the sucker; wherein the head (6) is sucker-shaped being delimited by a pair of opposing conic-truncated surfaces, a front surface (9) facing the shank (7) and a rear surface (10), respectively, having a common axis of symmetry (A), and by a radially outermost side edge (11); through apertures (14) are obtained through such surfaces, being arranged in a circle about the axis, from at least some of them rectilinear through slots (15) departs, being radially arranged and extending up to interrupt the radially outermost side edge (11).</p> |
