PURPOSE: Lighting light emitting diode (LED) device manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to implement the uniform color temperature by uniformly forming coating a fluorescent material layer on the top surface of an LED chip. CONSTITUTION: An LED chip (1) is mounted on a substrate (3). A plurality of substrates are arranged on a support plate. A guide dam (6) is installed in the circumference of the LED chip. Uncured curable liquid resin and fluorescent material are mixed. The resin and the fluorescent material mixture are cured.
