PURPOSE: A secure authority obtaining method in a mobile environment and a system applying the same are provided to permit only a mobile device designated by a server to access an address designated by the server with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A short message service (SMS) server (200) adds a random number to an address for accessing a webpage. The SMS server delivers the address to a mobile device. If the mobile device is requested to access the webpage using the address, a server (500) extracts the random number from the address used in an access request. The server permits the mobile device to access the webpage through an authentication procedure using an extracted random number.
