PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously reproduce a desired scene.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: means for receiving a content including respective scenes in a time sequence; means for reproducing the content; means for storing comments generated by users viewing the content and related to the respective scenes of the content by allowing the comments to associate with the respective scenes; means for adding meta data including the kind of the content and information concerning a scene to the generated comments; means for exchanging the meta data with a network; means for storing the exchanged meta data; means for displaying the comments related to the respective scenes of the content as a list by associating the comments with the respective scenes of the content on the basis of the stored meta data when a recorded content is reproduced; and means for searching the predetermined scene of the content associated with an arbitrary comment on the basis of the meta data added to the arbitrary comment and reproducing the scene when the arbitrary comment is selected among the comments displayed as a list.
