PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hot-stamped product having excellent strength, toughness and hydrogen embrittlement resistance by suppressing addition amounts of Cr, Mo, Ti and Nb, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A hot-stamped product has steel components including, by mass, 0.15 to 0.35% of C, 0.1 to 1.0% of Si, more than 1.3% and 1.8% or less of Mn, 0.010 to 0.100% of Al, 0.001 to 0.010% of N, wherein the contents of P and S are limited to 0.030% or less and 0.020% or less, respectively, further, the content when either Cr or Mo is contained or the total content when both are contained is limited to be less than 0.2%, and the content when either Ti or Nb is contained or the total content when both are contained is limited to be less than 0.10%, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. In the hot-stamped product, the Ac3 transformation point is less than 900°C, the metal structure is composed of martensite and the prior austenite grain size is 15 μm or less. |
