PURPOSE: A SAMiRNA-magnetic nanoparticle complex is provided to enhance cell delivery efficiency with biostability of double helix oligo RNA and a uniform size of nanoparticles, thereby diagnosing diseases with excellent treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A SAMiRNA-magnetic nanoparticle complex contains: a magnetic nanoparticle in which a first hydrophobic material is coated on the surface of a magnetic material; and a double helix oligo RNA structure which is conjugated with a second hydrophobic material, double helix oligo RNA, and a hydrophilic material. A method for preparing the SAMiRNA-magnetic nanoparticle complex comprises the steps of: preparing the double helix oligo RNA structure; preparing the magnetic nanoparticles; and mixing SAMiRNA containing the double helix oligo RNA structure and the magnetic nanoparticles.
