A method for manufacturing and assembling f a planetary reduction gear includes preparation of a blank of basic part as a sheet blank, installation of connected parts on the mandrel, production of profile sections on the outer surfaces of the parts that are in contact with the blank of the body in course of following shift of the mandrel in axial direction for deformation of the blank through deep extension-folding, with finishing with operation of filling profiled sections with material of the blank. First as a body part a sheet blank is made, with central opening of the pole of planetary reduction gear. On the outer surfaces of the axles of the satellites and the support flange profiled sections are arranged, after that the axles of the satellites are centered, and the support flange of special mandrel, this provides needed accuracy of respective placement of the axles of satellites in radial and angular positions. Through deep extension-folding of the sheet blank of the pole with local thinning of the wall of the blank by the outer surfaces with profiled sections of all the axles of satellites and the support flange poles are formed. After formation of the body of the pole with folding its open end with rigid rest of the ends of all the axles of satellites and the end of the support flange at the bottom of the elongated surfaces assemblage is finished with fixation of the axles of satellites and the support flange through filling respective profiled sections with material of the blank. |
