PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users of a plurality of information processing apparatuses to grasp a congestion situation of a plurality of printers before print data is transmitted to a printer selected by the information processing apparatuses when the information processing apparatuses are used on a network without using a printer driver while sharing the printers.SOLUTION: In a printing system 1, number-of-users information 250 indicating the number of PCs 11A to 11C selecting each of printers 21A to 21C as the number of users of each of the printers 11A to 11C is stored in a printer situation file 34 in a shared folder 200 on a network 101. When any one of the printers 21A to 21C is selected by each of the PCs, the number-of-users information 250 is updated so that the number of users related to the printer is increased. The number-of-users information 250 is acquired from the printer situation file 34, and a number-of-users display 231 indicating the number of users of the printer selected based on the acquired number-of-users information 250 is displayed on an input edition screen 202. |
