The structure (1) has a cam unit (3) that is provided with cams (4,5) connected with a cam shaft (2). A lever unit (8) is provided with lever arms (9,9A-9H) connected with an adjustable shaft (7). The cams are connected with lever arms by an axial alignment between cam and lever units. Outer contour portions (6,10) of cam and lever arm are connected with each other. The cams and lever arms are respectively provided on cam and lever units along axial and circumferential directions. The cams and lever arms are connected with each other during twist of adjustable shaft.
