PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting/receiving device that can easily perform data exchange of a profile.SOLUTION: A data transmitting/receiving device comprises a storage unit 20 for storing a profile which is owner information. The data transmitting/receiving device also comprises a PROFILE control unit 12 for controlling transmission of a profile to another data transmitting/receiving device which is an object which the profile is mutually transmitted to and received from and which the profile is exchanged with, and reception of the profile from the other data transmitting/receiving device. In addition, the data transmitting/receiving device comprises a radio control unit 18 for controlling radio communication with the other data transmitting/receiving device. If a profile is received at first, the PROFILE control unit 12 is activated before it starts receiving the profile from the other data transmitting/receiving device. |
