PURPOSE: A server for issuing an identification number of a virtual space in a service and a method thereof are provided to issue an identification number with natural numbers having a small amount of digits. CONSTITUTION: A server determines specific natural numbers selected from a natural number set as issuable identification numbers (S610). The server makes a first number list of the issuable identification numbers (S620). The server designates an identification number written on the first number list as an issue number to add the number to a second number list and to delete the number from the first number list (S630). The server determines the issue number as the identification number of a specific virtual space in a service (S640). A user terminal is connected to the virtual space corresponding to the issue number (S650). If the virtual space in the service is deleted, the server designates the identification number of the virtual space as a collection number to add the number to the first number list and to delete the number from the second number list (S660).
