<p>The method involves determining, by a prediction system (5), a prediction of future changes in data relating to temperature, air quality, and brightness of an area (1), and operating states of equipments (2-4) of the area for modifying the temperature, air quality, and brightness of the area. A set of commands to be applied to the equipments is determined by an optimizer (9) according to the prediction to minimize an energy criterion, and values of the temperature, air quality, and brightness of the area are adjusted according to a reference parameter value for each distinct value. An independent claim is also included for an installation for controlling the operation of a comfort zone of a building.</p> |
