A method and integrated system for the digital survey of three-dimensional geometry of architectural environments, comprising the steps of: projecting, from a light-emitting source, points distributed so as to cover a portion of an environment, and acquiring, for each point, its distance from the source and the angle between consecutive projections; associating to the emitting source an inertial positioning system for detecting the position of the emitting source; transferring the detected data to a computer to obtain, by a linearization process, a line connecting the coordinates of each projected point, checking the belonging to a same straight line or to a different straight line, thereby identifying one or more broken lines representing one or more sections of the portion of said architectural environment. |
