A coating composition for the plastic and electro-deposition coating of automobiles, and a plastic and electro-deposition coating coated with the composition are provided to allow it to be coated by one coating process, to improve economical efficiency and adhesion and to prevent discoloration and corrosion. A coating composition comprises 5-10 wt% of a chlorinated polyolefin resin; 20-30 wt% of a quick drying acrylic resin; 20-30 of a slow drying acrylic resin; 3-5 wt% of a micronized silica dispersion having a particle size of micrometer unit; 10-25 wt% of a talc-based extender pigment; 2 wt% or less of a polysiloxane-based surface dispersant; and 20-40 wt% of an aromatic solvent. Preferably the micronized silica dispersion has an average particle size of 3-5 micrometers. |
