摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A high tenacity fiber reinforced cement composition is provided to improve flexural rigidity and crack resistance by mixing a polyvinyl alcohol fiber which is mechanically and chemically processed, and to secure the high tenacity of a reinforcing fiber in cement paste. CONSTITUTION: A high tenacity fiber reinforced cement composition contains 100 parts by weight of cement, 20-50 parts by weight of water, 10-40 parts by weight of fly ash as an admixture, 1-4 parts by weight of highly functional water reducing agent, 0.05-1 part by weight of antifoaming agent, and 20-70 parts by weight of fine aggregate, and also contains 1-10vol% of polyvinyl alcohol fiber. The surface of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber is coated with a hydrophobic surfactant. The hydrophobic surfactant is selected from a polyoxyethylene stearyl ether derivative, a sorbitan fatty acid ester derivative, or a polyoxyethylene oleylamine derivative. The polyvinyl alcohol fiber is processed by an oxidation process, a pulping process, and an acid treatment process.
