PURPOSE: A method of transmitting ACK/NACK in a TDD based wireless communication system and a device thereof are provided to reduce errors due to a mismatch between a base station and a terminal. CONSTITUTION: An RF unit (53) transmits a wireless signal. A processor (51) receives a downlink transmission block in M downlink sub-frames from a first serving cell by being connected to the RF unit. The processor determines an ACK/NACK state for the first serving cell, determines an ACK/NACK response based on the same, and transmits the ACK/NACK response in an uplink sub-frame. The downlink transmission block is received over each physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The PDSCH commands the assignment of downlink resources in a downlink grant over a corresponding physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The downlink grant includes a downlink assignment index (DAI) indicating the number of the accumulated PDCCHs having the assigned PDSCH transmission.
