PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deviation of active species to be released into the air in a humidifier in which an active species generating device and an active species generating means for generating active species are mounted.SOLUTION: The active species generating device includes a body case 1 with an air inlet 4 and an air outlet 5, and a blower means 2 and the active species generating means 3 which are disposed inside the body case 1. The active species generating means 3 is formed by an active species generating part 11, a first communication path 12 making the active species generating part 11 communicate with outside of the body case 1, and a second communication path 13 communicating with air passages among the active species generating part 11, the air inlet 4 of the body case 1 and an intake 9 of the blower means 2. With this structure, the active species flowing into the air passage on the upstream side of the air passage are blended with air sucked from the air inlet 4 before discharged from the air outlet 5, and deviation of the active species in air to be discharged from the air outlet can be reduced. |
