PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize waste interior staple fiber material in producing a sheet-like or a board-like fiber reinforced composite recycled product using waste interior material. SOLUTION: The method for producing the sheet-like or board-like recycled composite material excellent in dimensional stability and increased toughness comprises cutting the waste fiber material which is used for reinforcement of a resin product, to short fibers, and using a combination of a vertical axis rotating type apparatus with a lateral axis rotating type apparatus in mixing and kneading process to control orientation.
