<p>PURPOSE: To improve reliability of multichannel fluid flow control by supplying outputs of an integrating means to actuators of respective channels by the time integral of the flow of fluid from a multiplexing means in relation to the related channel. CONSTITUTION: A control means such as a jet aircraft controller feeds a control signal to a hydraulic controller 28 on the basis of input signals of respective channels 20, 22 and 24 and return signals from position detecting means 82, 84 and 86 of respective actuators 72, 74 and 76 in synchronism with a signal of a position detector 38, generates hydraulic signals, sequentially feeds them to second stage valves 42, 44 and 46 through a rotary commutator 31, and integrates fluid while compressing a spring 54. The integrated fluid flow rates are fed to the actuators 72, 74 and 76, and the actuators are integrally driven. Therefore, accurate multichannel fluid flow control having high reliability can be performed.</p> |
