PURPOSE: A radio frequency (RF) output controlling method of a toll apparatus is provided to control the output of an RF signal according to the RF signal which is corrected in consideration of a correction value established in the temperature range of atmosphere temperature. CONSTITUTION: A RF output controlling method of a toll apparatus comprises a step (S10) which measures atmosphere temperature; a step (S20) which reads a correction value established in the temperature range of the ambient temperature on the look up table and firstly collects an output value of a RF signal in consideration of the output value of the RF signal; and a step (S30) which outputs the RF signal as the firstly corrected output value through an antenna.
