PURPOSE: Automated test equipment including a fixed power board and a replaceable core board is provided to economically test various types of devices using a replaceable core board, by separately comprising a power board which is of a fixed type and a core board which is replaceable depending on the properties of a tested device. CONSTITUTION: Automated test equipment including a fixed power board and a replaceable core board (10) comprises a core board (100) which includes a pattern generation module which produces determined pattern data to conduct a test, a pin electronic driver which provides input data to a Device Under Test (DUT) and receives an output signal from a DUT, a pattern data selection module which matches pattern data outputted by the pattern generation module to the pin of a DUT to which the pattern data is inputted and an error judgment module which determines whether a DUT passes a test or not by comparing the data from the DUT and predetermined data, and a fixed power board (200) which includes a programmable power supply module. The core board which is replaceable includes an error memory saving error information resulted from the test of a DUT.
