PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain low range side lobe characteristics without causing the deterioration of distance resolution or the decrease of a detection distance.SOLUTION: An array manifold Aconstituted by a scattered wave steering vector in a range side lobe area before/after a range bin being a guard target for preventing the reduction of a peak level with pulse compression is calculated based on the frequency spectrum R(f) of a transmission pulse r(t). The correlation matrix Rof a side lobe interference wave is calculated based on the array manifold A. The pulse compression of a reception signal z(t) that has been output from an AD converter 5 is performed by using the inverse matrix Rof the correlation matrix R. |
