PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizer capable of reducing residue of sample liquid in a nebulizer while uniformly miniaturizing a particle size of a droplet atomized at wide sample liquid flow rates.SOLUTION: An atomizer 3 includes: an inner cylinder 12 which is arranged coaxially with an outer cylinder 11 where a spray port 11a is formed, and forms a gas passage R1 with the outer cylinder 11; a sample passage R2 which is formed inside the inner cylinder 12, and through which a liquid sample to be atomized flows; and a net-like member 27 which is arranged with a gap from a sample exit 12a formed at one end of the inner cylinder 12 and has a plurality of holes formed such that the liquid sample in a drop shape which flows out from the sample exit 12a passes through the holes together with a gas.
