Disclosed is a fluid applicator to allow measured dose application of medicaments. The fluid applicator, including a cylindrical tube body with a fluid reservoir, and a plunger with a threaded shaft that moves through the reservoir, a plunger actuator that when twisted or rotated around the threaded shaft moves the plunger linearly to force fluid through the resilient thermoplastic rubber applicator nozzle with an angled face containing an outlet slit. The actuator includes a nut or ratchet with a thread complementary to the screw thread of the shaft of the plunger and the interior of the body is provided with a plurality of protrusions dimensioned to contact the nut or ratchet of the actuator. The applicator includes marking or indicia for volume measurement.
