<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device that offers a high energy density and excellent cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: An electric device 10a comprises a power generating element 21 including a cell layer 19, and the cell layer 19 includes a positive electrode including a positive electrode collector 11 and a positive electrode active material layer 13 formed thereon, a negative electrode including a negative electrode collector 12 and a negative electrode active material layer 15 formed thereon, and an electrolyte layer 17 intervening between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The positive electrode contains a positive electrode active material containing at least one kind selected from the group consisting of lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel oxide, and lithium iron phosphate, and further containing lithium manganese oxide when necessary, the content of lithium manganese oxide is higher than or equal to 0 mass% and lower than 80 mass%, and the content of lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel oxide, and lithium iron phosphate is higher than 20 mass% and lower than or equal to 100 mass% with respect to the total mass of lithium manganese oxide, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel oxide, and lithium iron phosphate. The negative electrode contains a lithium-titanium complex oxide as a negative electrode active material.
